About
I’m Tremo Ahmed, a Research Engineer at FAIR, Meta Superintelligence Labs in London. I work on AI agents, computer use, and the systems that support model training and evaluation.
I contributed to Muse Spark’s computer-use capabilities and coding diversity across agent harnesses, and I’m a co-author of Muse Glimmer 30B: An On-Device Agentic Model.
Previously, I worked as an Applied Scientist at Microsoft, a machine learning engineer at Dell Technologies, and a data engineer at Lumin Systems (formerly Excel Systems). I write about LLM inference and AI infrastructure here.

Background
I graduated from the German University in Cairo with a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, graded Excellent with Honors.
At Dell Technologies, I co-authored a whitepaper on the demand-forecasting machine learning solution I worked on. I also won first place in the Dell Technologies Annual AI Hackathon.
Outside work
In my free time, I play football and go to the gym. Fun fact: my bachelor’s thesis was about identifying football tactics using machine learning.
In summer 2019, I spent three months in the US as part of the Work and Travel cultural exchange program. I worked at Six Flags as a ride operator. It was really fun!
